To work with the magic of this print, apply the oil daily over your heart (or use another essential oil blend if you prefer), take in a deep breath and connect with the emotion of excitement that comes with imagining your dreams coming true. If you find it difficult to connect with what you want, start with what would make your life easier or more fun. Fill your body to overflowing with this emotion, and hold on to it for as long as you can. Set your intention to find at least 5 things to be excited about during the day ahead.
