This A4 sized (21cm x 29.7cm) Affirmation Print has been created to assist in welcoming more gratitude into your life.
The original of this artwork was infused with the essential oil blend of Gratitude from Young Living (reach out if you would like to purchase this oil to use with your print) and the intention:
'May my heart, mind and body be filled with gratitude for the daily blessings I receive.'
To work with the magic of this print, apply the oil daily over your heart (or use another essential oil blend if you prefer), take in a deep breath and connect with the emotion of gratitude. Fill your body to overflowing with this emotion, and hold on to it for as long as you can. Set your intention to find at least 5 things to be grateful for throughout the day ahead.
