This A4 sized (21cm x 29.7cm) Affirmation Print has been created to assist in letting go of the past experiences that are still having an impact on your life.
The original of this artwork was infused with the essential oil blend of Release from Young Living (reach out if you would like to purchase this oil to use with your print) and the intention:
'I am ready and willing to release all stories, blocks or barriers to receiving abundance, in all dimensions of space and time, NOW.'
To work with the magic of this print, apply the oil daily over your heart (use it sparingly - it can be powerful and intense), take in a deep breath and connect with the feelings of lightness and relief that would come with leaving behind the trauma and the pain. If you find it difficult to imagine being free of this, imagine setting down a heavy load. Fill your body to overflowing with this emotion, and hold on to it for as long as you can. Set your intention to loosen that hold a little more every hour throughout the day.
